Before relocating to France, I spent over a decade in operational roles, including as a Regional Operations Manager and Business Partner for a global Fortune 500 company. My work involved building and leading teams of up to 80 people, client relationship management, large-scale operations and property inspections across commercial sites throughout the UK.
Between leaving my last corporate role and moving to France, I worked for my local authority leading a team within Green Spaces, maintaining parks, sports pitches, schools and residential areas using commercial grounds maintenance equipment.
Caring for and maintaining unique properties has also formed a part of my personal life. I previously owned and maintained a 600-year-old converted stone barn in South Wales, and for the past eight years I have managed and maintained my parents’ traditional stone house in Brittany, once a leather tannery several centuries ago.
